Project brief: create a set of the product lifestyle photos based on the main theme (relax with coffee & books).

Creative Concept Development for Jacobs

For the Jacobs brand, I developed creative concepts centered around the theme of relaxation with coffee and books. This involved planning a series of lifestyle photos to showcase various products and coffee drinks across different tranquil scenarios.

I started with extensive research into Jacobs’ brand identity and visual style. This informed the creation of scenes designed to highlight products while evoking a sense of calm and comfort. Collaborating closely with a photographer and a set designer, we meticulously planned each shot, selecting props and perfecting lighting to enhance the overall theme.

Art Direction and Photo Production

We captured a total of 33 carefully crafted photos, each capturing the essence of relaxation and enjoyment. These images were then adapted into four additional formats to ensure versatility across different marketing channels.

The retouching process was crucial to maintaining high-quality visuals that align with Jacobs’ brand standards. Attention to detail brought out the rich colors and textures of the coffee and its surroundings, enhancing the appeal of the final images.

The project resulted in a cohesive collection that perfectly embodies Jacobs’ brand values and desired lifestyle imagery. It underscored my expertise in creative concept development, art direction, and image retouching, effectively conveying the luxurious experience of enjoying Jacobs coffee.
